The shows will mark their first together in 15 years, Rolling Stone reported. They last appeared together in 2006 for a free outdoor show for fans in Los Angeles, according to MTV News and Billboard.

The group will reunite Wednesday to perform at an undisclosed location in New York City in support of “Global Citizen Live!” The performance will be part of a campaign calling on world leaders to “step up on the twin crises of climate change and hunger,” according to the organization.

The Fugees will then pause until Nov. 2, when they’re set to kick off “The Score 25th Anniversary Tour” with a show at the United Center in Chicago. Six other shows are scheduled as part of the U.S. leg of the tour in Oakland, California; Inglewood, California; Atlanta; Miami; Newark, New Jersey; and Washington, D.C. The Fugees also plan to perform in Paris, London, Nigeria and Ghana.

Tickets go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. Friday.

The Fugees’ final studio album, “The Score” spawned hits including “Ready or Not,” “Fu-Gee-La,” and “Killing Me Softly,” and went on to become one of the bestselling albums of all time. It earned the group a Grammy Award for best rap album, while “Killing Me Softly” won best R&B performance by a duo or group with vocal.

“The Fugees have a complex but impactful history,” Hill said in a statement obtained by Pitchfork. “I decided to honor this significant project, its anniversary, and the fans who appreciated the music by creating a peaceful platform where we could unite, perform the music we loved, and set an example of reconciliation for the world.”

In the statement, Jean said his first member of the group was vowing “from the game (that) we would not just do music we would be a movement. We would be a voice for the un-heard, and in these challenging times, I am grateful once again, that God has brought us together.”
